These folks look good because they feel good! Projection is one of the keys to how you live! If you look good you feel good and vica versa. When a customer comes to me for help or anything at all I want them to know I feel good I want to earn their trust and overcome any problems or concerns they may have in an already stressful situation. So I project my happiness and confidence so that they can feel free to do the same and have a good car buying experience together so that they feel happy and confident when they leave with ther new vehicle and I hope that they will remember how much fun it was buying a car that they feel confident they can trust me to come back or recomend someone for a great shopping experience. Trust is key!
